Shipping & delivery
Every piece leaves us carefully inspected and lovingly packed.
Destinations and shipping costs
- Germany: €4.90, free on orders of €150 or more
- European Union countries: €14.90
We ship with DHL, insured and tracked. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged.
Delivery times
- Pieces in stock: Germany 2–4 working days, EU 4–8 working days
- Personalised pieces (e.g. with names or initials): we embroider them especially for you. This takes 10–15 working days, after which the shipping times above apply.
You will also find the delivery time on each product page. Planning a gift for a particular occasion – Eid, a wedding or an anniversary? Order personalised pieces in good time, or ask us beforehand through our gifting advice.
Packaging
Your order is wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy box so that fabric and embroidery arrive unharmed. On request, we add a handwritten greeting card. For gifts we never include the invoice in the parcel – you receive it by email.
Did something arrive damaged?
Please let us know within a few days of receipt at hello@lamsastore.de, ideally with a photo of the parcel and the piece. We will arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
